Summary

The job is for a Solutions Consultant at HowGood, a leading platform for food industry decarbonization. The role involves working with large food companies to help them achieve their sustainability goals and reduce carbon emissions. The position is remote and based in the US.

Requirements

• Have 3+ years of experience as a Solutions Consultant, Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, Management Consultant, Climate Advisor, or similar role
• Have sold SaaS solutions to large enterprise organizations

Responsibilities

• Technical Discovery: Partner closely with the Sales team to understand the sustainability goals and software needs of prospective customers, lead technical discovery, map out the customer’s current software stack, design the customer’s ideal solution, create roadmaps for seamless integration of customer's product information into Latis, and push sustainability data from Latis to other applications
• Custom Demos: Design, build, and deliver product demos that demonstrate the value of HowGood’s platform, with a focus on complex demos tailored to the customer’s industry vertical, use case, and technical specifications
• Technical Handover: Collaborate with the Sales team to ensure a smooth internal handover after a deal is signed, focusing on the handover to technical delivery teams

• Enjoy designing, building, and delivering product demos that combine deep expertise and engaging storytelling
• Have a knack for explaining complex technical concepts in simple terms
• Can build trust with both senior executives and technical sustainability specialists
• Have a passion for sustainability, climate, and food systems
• Have a track record of working towards and exceeding sales targets
