Summary

Requirements

• Experience as a Solutions Architect or similar technical role
• Strong understanding of deep learning concepts, architectures, and model development processes
• Practical experience developing and deploying AI models
• Understanding of deep learning infrastructure and performance issues
• Familiarity with DLOps principles and activities, including model versioning, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into understandable language for a non-technical audience
• Passion for building relationships and collaborating with diverse stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Bridge the gap between customer experience and engineering
• Translate insights from customer interactions into valuable technical requirements for the engineering team, focusing on AI-specific needs and DLOps integration
• Advocate for user needs and champion customer-centric design decisions that address their AI development and deployment challenges
• Collaborate with engineers to continuously improve and refine the product, ensuring it caters to the evolving needs of AI developers and data scientists
• Create clear and concise materials as interactive guides to empower potential customers to understand and leverage our software's key features and capabilities
• Design training programs that cater to different audiences and learning styles, addressing the specific needs of data scientists, ML engineers, and IT professionals
• Stay up-to-date on community advancements and ensure training materials are accurate and relevant
• Actively engage with the deep learning community to identify market opportunities and potential partnerships
• Analyze trends and insights to prioritize features and capabilities that benefit AI developers and data scientists
• Contribute to the development of strategic partnerships and build a broader ecosystem around our software

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with ecosystem tools like PyTorch, Jupyter notebooks, and Kubernetes is a plus
