Requirements

  • 5+ years experience as a Solutions Consultant, Solutions Engineer, Technical Consultant or other similar role in B2B enterprise software
  • Success working with large enterprise B2B clients, particularly in financial services or other complex and/or heavily regulated industries
  • Deep knowledge of the life insurance industry, including key processes, regulatory requirements, market trends, and existing systems
  • Strong technical skills, with experience in high-level software design & architecture (both front end and back-end) and systems integration
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to think creatively and flexibly
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset

Responsibilities

  • Engage with clients to deeply understand their business processes, challenges, and technical requirements
  • Conduct comprehensive needs assessments through meetings, interviews, and workshops with key stakeholders
  • Work closely with Product Managers to document and translate client requirements into functional and technical specifications
  • Liaise between clients, sales & success teams, and product/ engineering teams to ensure clear communication and alignment on goals and timelines for discovery
  • Collaborate with the revenue team to understand client requirements and present tailored software solutions
  • Conduct product demonstrations, workshops, and technical presentations to showcase the value of our solutions to prospective clients
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing technical insights and recommendations to address their challenges
  • As needed, provide training and support to clients, ensuring they are equipped to maximize the benefits of our software solutions
  • Support discovery process with internal teams, ensuring that the right stakeholders are brought in to complete requirements-gathering
