Solutions Engineer

Summary

Requirements

• At least 2 years experience in enterprise software pre-sales and have used value-based discovery frameworks
• You possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex technical challenges

Responsibilities

• Help Glean prospects during the pre-sales cycle. Work with aligned account executives to ensure that we lead with value in how Glean is presented
• Understand the concepts around API’s, crawling, permissions, SSO and the modality of RAG as it pertains to LLM’s

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of any programming language will be useful as a Solution engineer at Glean, but no particular language is needed
• Familiarity with cloud-native practices in GCP/AWS/Azure is a plus
