Responsibilities

  • Lead the product demonstration portion of Swiftly demos for transit agencies, transit operators, consultancies, and potential partners
  • Partner with the relevant Account Executive/Account Manager to develop and drive a particular agency's strategy, angle, and pitch to best demonstrate Swiftly’s value and overcome blockers
  • Drive revenue growth by developing and maintaining client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, building strong business cases, and providing technical expertise to support the sales process
  • Organize and run 2-3 day onsite workshops, where we train agency staff and help them see Swiftly's value for mid-sized and large agencies
  • Run pilot periods, including limited-time free agency access to Swiftly, with the goal of deriving quantitative savings and results to inform a strong business case for mid-sized and large agencies

You bring a strong understanding of the following topics: transit passenger information, planning, operations, and data standards
