Solutions Engineer

Summary

Requirements

• You have 5+ years of experience in a solutions engineering or similar technical role, with a strong focus on construction technology
• You possess deep technical knowledge in areas such as construction management software, BIM (Building Information Modeling), IoT for construction, or other relevant technologies

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with sales, product, and engineering teams to design and implement technical solutions that meet the unique needs of construction clients
• Serve as a technical expert in construction technology, providing in-depth knowledge and insights to both internal teams and external customers
• Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that arise during the sales process maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
• Develop and deliver product demonstrations, technical presentations, and workshops to showcase our solutions to potential and existing customers
• Work with product management to identify customer needs and influence the product roadmap based on feedback from the field
• Continuously stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in construction and related fields to ensure our solutions remain cutting-edge
