Summary

Requirements

  • Engineering or technical-related undergraduate degree
  • 3-5+ years working in a technical related role
  • 3+ years in an Enterprise Software implementation role
  • 2+ years of experience in software development, including hands-on experience with Python or Ruby or Java, MySQL database management, AWS, Azure and Unix shell scripting
  • Experience in front and back-end technologies including, but not limited to: SQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

Responsibilities

  • Deliver a world class solution to Verity’s clients
  • Design, implement, execute, and help to maintain customer solutions for top Global Asset Management organizations
  • Build key components that enhance customer experience and workflows using VerityRMS platform’s capabilities
  • Build, implement and execute client data migrations and integrations for large data sets
  • Support with roll-out of the customer-specific solutions in AWS and / or Azure environments
  • Support the global sales team in both pre and post sales initiatives
  • Improve technical internal and customer-facing documentation to empower our global customers to maximize the potential of VerityRMS

Preferred Qualifications

  • Good problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical team members
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
  • A positive, pragmatic, proactive, and flexible attitude: a strong ability to work well with others
  • Awareness of, and experience dealing with, Windows-based applications is a plus
  • Experience with Ruby-on-Rails, Django, Grails or similar frameworks is a plus
  • Experience and understanding of modern web architectures is a plus
