Requirements

  • Bilingual (English/French)
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Program/Project Management, or related field; Master's degree preferred
  • Proven experience (10+ years) in program and project management
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, PMP)
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage complex projects and initiatives within the organization
  • Coordinate multiple interdependent projects and align them with strategic objectives
  • Ensure successful delivery while adhering to timelines, budgets, and quality standards
  • Act as a primary point of contact for stakeholders and manage expectations
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies
  • Allocate and manage resources across multiple projects
  • Lead and mentor cross-functional teams
  • Prepare regular progress reports, documentation, and presentations

Preferred Qualifications

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent
  • Experience in industries relevant to the organization’s focus areas, Public Sector
