Strategic Partnership Manager

You will build and manage partnerships, creating a network of powerful alliances to elevate our brand within the FinTech industry. Requirements

• Be fluent in French and English
• Have a good understanding of affiliate and influencer marketing
• Possess strong experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or account management
• Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
• Be hands-on, proactive, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Be data-driven and able to track and analyze the ROI of partnership initiatives

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop our ambassador network
• Identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships that drive growth, engagement, and revenue
• Build strong relationships with key partners, including fintechs, financial institutions, and Web3 innovators
• Lead negotiations, design deal structures, and ensure partnerships deliver mutual value
• Work cross-functionally with product, marketing, and growth teams to maximize the impact of partnerships
• Continuously measure, analyze, and optimize partnership performance to maximize ROI

Preferred Qualifications

• Be a Deblock power user
• Have worked for the Web3 or Fintech industry
• Speak multiple languages (German, Dutch, Spanish, Italian)
• Possess the ability to think outside the box
