Summary

Join our team as a Strategic Partnerships Manager to develop and manage relationships with our growing network of Applicant Tracking System (ATS) partners, blending relationship building skills with technical knowledge and industry expertise to enable successful outcomes for ZipRecruiter, our ATS partners, and the employers who use ZipRecruiter to find great talent.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Business Development, Partnerships, Sales or Consulting roles
  • Passionate about business development and possesses strong interpersonal skills, easily forming successful relationships at all levels
  • Understands all aspects of the sales cycle including prospecting, sales meetings, negotiation, closing and account management
  • Proven ability to simplify complex information and learning content into easy-to-understand formats and job aids for sales, marketing, and product teams
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple programs and tasks simultaneously, and experience doing so in cross-functional teams
  • Ability to travel 20%+ in the United States

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact and account manager for our ATS partners
  • Increase adoption of ZipRecruiter products, including our easy apply solution, ZipApply
  • Understand business tradeoffs and prioritization of initiatives to grow the ATS resale channel
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of assigned partners including value proposition, org structure, product capabilities, markets, business challenges, and customer opportunities
  • Collaborate with an extensive group of cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, engineering and sales to develop technical documentation and execute go-to-market strategies
  • Train and activate partner teams on the ZipRecruiter value proposition and messaging
  • Conduct company and industry research and develop a competitive strategy, investigating market trends, emerging technologies and strategic opportunities
  • Lead platform demonstrations during sales pitches to senior executives at prospective ATS companies to support our growth initiatives
  • Manage monthly reporting, billing and invoicing in partnership with FinDev and accounting
  • Analyze and present monthly analytics reports
