Requirements

  • Proven track record of success in Sales and Services leadership roles, with a minimum of 15 years of experience selling into financial services institutions in the UK
  • Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth, exceed sales targets, and expand market share within the UK
  • Keen understanding of both the financial services and regulatory compliance landscape in the UK
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate information at the Executive level
  • A hands-on, results-oriented approach, with a focus on driving measurable outcomes and delivering exceptional customer value
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales productivity tools
  • A hands-on, player/coach leadership style that fosters both accountability and approachability

Responsibilities

  • Developing, executing and owning a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets across all product lines and customer segments in the UK market
  • Identifying marketing opportunities and collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, product development, and operations teams to ensure alignment and integration of sales and service initiatives
  • Leading and mentoring the UK sales team by providing guidance, support, and coaching to maximize individual and collective performance
  • Partnering with the UK Compliance Advisory team to ensure collaboration between Sales and consulting practices and to assist with building out the UK Consulting practice
  • Monitoring and analyzing sales performance metrics, customer satisfaction scores, and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and course correction as needed
  • Acting as the main point of contact for any UK and ROW sales-related topics
  • Representing the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums to enhance brand visibility, generate leads, and build strategic partnerships
