Join BeyondTrust as the Senior Vice President (SVP) of Revenue and play a pivotal role in maximizing revenue, exceeding booking targets, and driving ARR growth. This leadership position requires close collaboration with other C-suite executives to align strategies and ensure operational excellence. You will be responsible for aligning and optimizing revenue-generating processes, overseeing sales, channel, marketing, customer success, and financial operations. Leading a team of operations leaders and analysts, you will leverage data-driven insights and technology to refine processes and ensure scalability. The role demands strategic leadership, revenue enablement, data and analytics expertise, and proficiency in technology and tools. Success in this role requires a proven track record of scaling revenue operations in a high-growth SaaS environment.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a related leadership role within a high-growth software or SaaS company
- Proven track record of scaling revenue operations in fast-paced, dynamic environments
- Deep understanding of SaaS business models, including recurring revenue metrics and lifecycle strategies
- Sales Strategy & Planning experience, including TAM assessment, segmentation, sales capacity modeling, territory design, and quota setting
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn complex data into actionable insights
- Expertise in CRM and revenue management tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Tableau)
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills
- Experience managing large cross-functional teams and driving organizational alignment
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive revenue operations strategy aligned with the companyβs growth objectives
- Partner with executive leadership to drive revenue predictability and improve profitability
- Ensure the alignment of sales, marketing, and customer success teams to maximize customer lifecycle value
- Ensure capacity planning, outbound activity, and territory balancing are effectively managed
- Create effective incentive programs that drive results and create the right behaviors
- Implement systems and processes to support pipeline management, forecasting, and performance tracking
- Collaborate with pricing and product marketing team on packaging and go-to-market strategies for scalability and revenue acceleration
- Collaborate with sales enablement teams to streamline training and tools for revenue teams
- Work with Enablement teams to implement onboarding and ever-boarding programs, ensuring continuous development and alignment with sales strategies
- Optimize the customer journey from handoff to retention and expansion
- Build and manage a robust analytics framework to track key performance metrics and drive accountability within the GTM organization (e.g., SAOs, Win-rates, ARR and CAO)
- Leverage (customer usage/adoption) data insights to identify revenue growth opportunities and operational inefficiencies
- Establish consistent reporting systems to provide transparency and actionable insights across the organization
- Oversee the selection, implementation, and integration of CRM, marketing automation, and other revenue tools (e.g. Gong, 6Sense)
- Drive adoption of technologies that enhance productivity and improve customer experiences
- Mentor and lead a high-performing Revenue Operations team
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Act as a cross-functional liaison to ensure seamless execution of initiatives across departments
