Join Unlimit's growing fintech team as a Talent Acquisition Manager! You will manage the full-cycle recruitment process, focusing on sourcing high-caliber candidates across the APAC region. Responsibilities include proactive pipeline development, executive search, conducting interviews, pipeline management, candidate management, stakeholder partnership, and managing inbound talent attraction. You will also maintain data and report on hiring results. The ideal candidate possesses strong APAC recruitment experience, executive search experience, and excellent communication skills. Responsibilities
- Manage the full cycle Talent Acquisition process, ensuring a frictionless and positive candidate experience
- Source high-caliber candidates for APAC locations
- Execute proactive pipeline development and sourcing: tactical research, referrals, sourcing, digital campaigns, and other talent attraction efforts to find and engage active and passive candidates, as well as diverse talent
- Conduct executive search headhunting TOP candidates across APAC region
- Conduct as many first-round interviews as needed to meet hiring targets with top-caliber candidates, using different types of interview technics
- Closely monitor all stages of the candidate life-cycle and proactively identify areas of opportunity
- Screen candidate applications and assessments, schedule interviews, conduct feedback conversations, and handle general candidate communication with a focus on top-tier candidate experience
- Work with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and debrief candidates to find top talent across teams
- Manage external job postings and recruiting platforms to attract and engage unique talent
- Maintain applicant tracking data and report on hiring results and recruitment metrics
- Partner to continuously develop process improvements to enhance the experience for candidates and internal stakeholders alike
- Willingness to learn continuously, leverage and extend your expertise by participating in HR-related projects of the company
Preferred Qualifications
- Talent sourcing and recruitment experience across APAC
- Executive Search experience
- Strong oral and written communication skills in English (and Chinese is a plus)
