Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of full-cycle corporate recruiting experience across all facets of the business
• Demonstrated technical sourcing ability
• Previous experience in healthcare or technical recruiting
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with key stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally within a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects, requisitions, and candidate relationships
• Proven background using innovative research & sourcing methods to hire for niche areas and hard-to-fill technical roles

Responsibilities

• Implementing effective and innovative sourcing and recruiting strategies to attract unique talent that aligns with MCG’s mission and values
• Manage MCG’S full cycle recruiting, utilizing creative sourcing strategies to engage the best talent
• Collaborate and closely guide hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
• Develop deep engagement with candidates throughout the recruitment process
• Maintain Talent Acquisitions data integrity across internal and external systems
