Requirements

  • 5 + years’ experience in recruiting, preferably in a multinational organization with exposure to European markets
  • Recruiting experience in a product company
  • Strong knowledge of EMEA talent markets, familiarity with Spanish employment laws is a bonus
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively across diverse teams and cultures
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret TA data and metrics to drive insights and recommendations
  • Proactive approach with a focus on problem-solving, innovation, and continuous improvement
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluency in English & Spanish is required

Responsibilities

  • Manage recruiting processes for multiple areas of the business (Tech, Product, Operations, Marketing, Business) according to changing demand
  • Be responsible for End to end recruitment processes: from gathering needs and managing our talent sources, through scheduling & conducting interviews, to managing offer negotiations and contracts and partnering with people services and others to create a smooth onboarding experience
  • Implement and utilize effective sourcing tools and advertising on social networks to attract highly qualified candidates and promote Payoneer’s employer brand
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and key stakeholders in support of the recruiting process
  • Work in a very global environment, in a distributed TA team
  • Work independently on your positions end to end while supporting the other team members when needed
  • Be a part of our HR department and Talent Acquisition team, raising ideas, improving current processes and constantly thinking in a creative and out of the box way

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience using Greenhouse applicant tracking systems – a big advantage
  • Experience in building hiring processes and TA infrastructures for new markets/ locations in Europe
