Summary

Join Trax as a fully remote Talent Acquisition Specialist, focusing on contract hires globally. This role involves full-cycle recruiting, sourcing candidates through various channels, planning interview procedures, and developing long-term recruiting strategies. You will coordinate with hiring managers, assess candidates, craft job descriptions, and present TA metrics. Success requires experience with full-cycle recruiting, various interview techniques, and applicant tracking systems (ATS). The position is open only to applicants residing in Central America and Mexico. Fluency in English is required.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, ideally with a mix of internal and agency experience
  • Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks (e.g. Stack Overflow, Github, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
  • Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A solid understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations
  • Ability to work on roles with ambiguous requirements
  • Ability to work independently and fast-paced on multiple job requisitions at the same time
  • Fully fluent in English

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with hiring managers to identify hiring needs
  • Determine candidate selection criteria with hiring managers
  • Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
  • Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
  • Assess candidate information, including resumes/CVs and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System
  • Help craft job descriptions and structured interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements
  • Assist in employer branding initiatives
  • Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
  • Create and present TA Metrics to HR Lead Team
  • Conducts research, reporting analysis and special projects as requested

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Communications, or a related field
  • Experience recruiting on a global scale is a big plus
