Requirements

• 5+ years experience in healthcare talent acquisition
• Strong internet connection and quiet call environment for remote work
• Knowledge of Epic’s applications and consulting industry
• Competencies with Microsoft Office products. Previous experience with Workable preferred
• Complete required documentation in a timely manner
• Experience using LinkedIn and other industry standard sourcing platforms

Responsibilities

• Provide information about Prominence, open opportunities, and employee benefits
• Conduct initial screening calls with applicants and deliver professional pitch for ‘Why Prominence’
• Build applicant pool by researching and contacting prospective employees through employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites
• Maintain connections with applicants, build rapport, and track availability upon completion of projects
• Arrange interviews by coordinating schedules and leading candidates through our interview process
• Establish recruiting requirements, plans, and objectives by meeting with managers and the Director for Deployment Services
