Summary
Join Solidigm, a multibillion-dollar global memory technology company, as a proactive and detail-oriented Talent and Learning Partner. This shared-resource role supports critical initiatives across Talent Management and Learning & Development (L&D), ensuring seamless execution of programs driving team member engagement and organizational effectiveness. You will manage the Workday LMS, oversee learning material creation, collaborate on global learning initiatives, support performance management cycles, and contribute to talent frameworks. The role requires strong project management, communication, and collaboration skills. This position offers a hybrid or fully remote work arrangement with potential for occasional travel.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in learning and development, human resources, organizational development, business administration, or a related field preferred, or a combination of education/experience
- 3 - 5 years of experience in talent management, learning and development, or HR-related roles, preferably with exposure to global Talent and L&D programs
- Proficiency in HR and LMS systems, with experience in Workday, LinkedIn Learning, ServiceNow or similar platforms preferred
- Excellent project management skills, with a proven ability to prioritize, organize, and manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously while ensuring timely and successful project delivery
- Proactive and collaborative approach to identifying opportunities for improvement in talent and learning programs, leveraging innovative solutions to enhance engagement, drive impact, and influence stakeholders in fostering continuous development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build strong relationships across teams and convey complex information clearly and effectively
- Effective at collaborating within international, matrixed, and multi-disciplinary teams
- Adherence to ethical standards and confidentiality in handling sensitive candidate and company information
- Commitment to staying updated with industry trends and best practices to continually improve recruitment processes and outcomes
- Flexibility to work across different time zones and with global teams
Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize the Workday LMS, ensuring it aligns with business objectives, provides an intuitive user experience, and meets organizational needs to include branding, user interface adjustments, and feature enhancements
- Oversee the organization, creation, and maintenance of learning materials, including compliance training, videos, quizzes, and interactive content, ensuring quality and accessibility
- Collaborate with internal teams and subject matter experts to coordinate the rollout of global learning initiatives, including leadership development programs, compliance training, and skill-building workshops
- Support the execution of performance management cycles, talent reviews, and succession planning processes to align with Solidigm’s values and business objectives
- Collaborate with the Talent Management leader to coordinate team member surveys (i.e. new hire, engagement, exit) and leverage results to inform action planning and improve strategies
- Assist in the development and deployment of Talent frameworks, performance management tools, knowledge articles, and other initiatives that drive team member growth and engagement
- Manage scheduling, enrollment, attendance, and logistics for TDI programs across in-person, virtual, and hybrid formats
- Prepare and distribute all program materials, resources, and tools in advance to ensure seamless delivery and engagement
- Serve as the central point of contact for program participants, facilitators, and stakeholders, addressing inquiries and promoting program awareness
- Collect and analyze participant feedback to enhance program design, delivery, and engagement, ensuring continuous improvement and effectiveness
- Design, draft, and manage program communications, including invitations, reminders, follow-ups, and promotional efforts across various channels
- Develop and distribute surveys to evaluate program effectiveness, gather insights, and incorporate participant and stakeholder feedback to enhance content and delivery
- Create and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets for L&D initiatives, ensuring resources, deliverables, and stakeholders remain aligned for successful execution
- Monitor and maintain accurate records of participant progress, certifications, and completion rates to ensure program effectiveness
- Monitor and report on key metrics for Talent Management and Learning & Development programs, providing key insights to leadership

- Develop and present dashboards and reports highlighting program outcomes and trends, supporting strategic alignment and continuous improvement efforts
- Build strong relationships with internal teams, external vendors, and program facilitators to ensure seamless delivery and high-quality learning experiences
- Collaborate with TDI leaders, HRBPs, COEs, and business stakeholders to support program alignment with organizational goals and priorities
- Stay informed about emerging trends and technologies in talent development and learning to bring fresh ideas to the organization
- Support regular evaluations of Talent Management and L&D programs, identifying opportunities for process improvements and enhanced efficiency
- Proactively identify gaps or challenges in program execution and collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement solutions
- Contribute to the development of tailored learning content and resources that address evolving organizational goals and employee needs
Benefits
- The compensation range for this role is $97,060 to $152,680
