People Operations Associate

Summary

Join Localyze's Internal team as a People Operations Associate and contribute to building a borderless world by creating an excellent employee experience. Support Localitos throughout their employee journey, from onboarding to daily operations. Collaborate with the Internal team to maintain seamless processes and a supportive environment. This part-time junior role is open to working students in Germany. Responsibilities include being the first point of contact for employee inquiries, managing administrative tasks, overseeing onboarding/offboarding, supporting payroll processing, and enhancing the employee experience. The ideal candidate possesses People Operations experience, a proactive and detail-oriented mindset, the ability to work independently in a remote-first environment, excellent communication skills, and discretion in handling confidential information.

Requirements

• Have some People Operations experience in a similar role – even if it's entry-level!
• Approach your work with a proactive, assertive, and highly detail-oriented mindset – you're a true self-starter
• Are comfortable and effective working independently in a remote-first team environment
• Have the drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift
• Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion while always remaining friendly and approachable
• Have excellent communication skills in English

Responsibilities

• Overseeing all of our people operations, your responsibilities will include
• Be the first point of contact for Localitos' questions regarding company policies, benefits, payroll, and people procedures
• Manage all administrative tasks across the employee journey , including creating essential employment documents and keeping our HRIS (Hibob) accurate
• Oversee the onboarding and offboarding process for Localitos, ensuring a smooth employee experience
• Support payroll processing, HRIS data coordination, and reporting by collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders
• Continuously enhance the employee experience by maintaining and updating our documentation, guidelines, and handbooks for Localitos
