Proven success in full-cycle recruiting, strong sourcing and negotiation skills, adaptability, and proactivity are essential. Experience in financial services or fintech is preferred. Requirements
- 4+ years of recruiting experience, including
- At least 2 years in agency setting
- 1β2 years in-house, ideally at a high-growth startup
- Proven success in owning full-cycle roles independently
- Strong sourcing, negotiation, and candidate closing experience
- Adaptability and range - youβve flexed between specialist roles and generalist hiring
- Drive and proactivity - everyone here is a builder and executor
Responsibilities
- Own and run full-cycle searches across engineering, product, marketing, and operations
- Partner directly with hiring managers to shape search strategy and deliver strong pipelines
- Source creatively and build top-of-funnel pipelines using more than just LinkedIn
- Lead closing conversations with clarity, confidence, and empathy
- Share market insights and hiring feedback to inform broader talent strategy
