You will actively search for candidates using various channels, develop effective search strategies, create engaging emails, track candidates, analyze the IT labor market, and schedule interviews. The ideal candidate possesses previous recruiting or sourcing experience, a self-motivated approach, and a desire to grow in recruitment. Strong English skills and analytical abilities are essential. Requirements

• Previous recruiting or sourcing experience
• Self-motivated and active approach, comfortable with a fast-paced, ever-changing, rapid-growth environment
• Desire to develop and grow in the recruitment area, discover the contemporary candidate sourcing approaches
• Understanding of an IT market, roles at IT companies
• Good at Copywriting, have knowledge in email campaign best practices
• Strong English skills in written and verbal communications (upper-intermediate or higher)
• Able to analyze information and create actionable insights
• Team player

Responsibilities

• Actively search for candidates according to vacancies requirements using different channels and creative approach
• Build up an effective search strategy to find qualified candidates
• Create catchy emails, test their effectiveness and work on their improvement
• Track candidates in the internal database
• Analyze IT labor market and collect the data
• Sets up interviews
