Summary

The job is for a Technical Solutions Consultant at Innovid. The role involves custom solution definition and delivery for global customers, working with both pre and post sales teams, understanding customer business challenges, leading technical conversations, creating Statements of Work, providing solution architecture design documentation, and leading projects from inception to completion.

Requirements

• 3 + years of experience working with customers in a pre-sales or post-sales technical role
• 3 + years of experience managing and delivering technical projects
• 2 + years of hands-on architecture and design experience with SaaS, Cloud, and API driven applications
• Experience presenting to both technical and executive audiences
• Experience creating SOWs (Scopes of Work)
• Comprehensive 3rd Party integration experience
• Experience working with Postman, SOAPUI and/or Swagger
• Knowledge of the OpenAPI Specification
• Understanding of protocols such as FTP/SFTP and HTTP(S)

Responsibilities

• Custom solution definition and delivery for global customers
• Work with both pre and post sales teams
• Understand and define customer's business challenges
• Lead technical conversations
• Build Statements of Work
• Provide solution architecture design documentation
• Lead projects from inception to completion

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with Amazon Web Services or other Cloud platforms
• Understanding data structures, reporting and data bases
• Understanding of Agile methodologies
• Understanding of concepts like Resource-Oriented API Modelling and GraphQL
• Software development experience (Node, Express, React or similar) in an agile environment
