• Ability to simplify complex technical concepts

Responsibilities

• Writing and maintaining documentation for customers and internal teams
• Keeping documentation updated with product developments
• Creating product-related articles and blogs
• Drafting content for user interfaces and product-related texts
• Proofreading team-produced content for accuracy and consistency
• Collaborating across teams to ensure cohesive documentation

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Git, GitBook, Python, and markup languages (Markdown, HTML)
• Experience with SaaS and PaaS product documentation
• Basic understanding of ML, AI, MLOps, generative AI
• Familiarity with API documentation and software development processes
• Ability to create diagrams or flowcharts
• Strong research skills
