Responsibilities
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for territory optimization
- Use data to segment open territories β βnext best action analysisβ
- Collaborate with sales leadership and recruiting teams to align strategies and optimize staffing
- Conduct analysis for agency buyouts and provide strategic recommendations
- Deliver regular reporting and visualizations. Present findings and insights to senior management
- Manage and develop new cash flow tools for sales leadership proposals
- Assist the Onboarding Manager to coordinate agency expansion deals
- Prepare and deliver dashboards for operation metrics
