Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred, major in Business Administration or related field
- At least 2+ years of commercial experience
- Strong working knowledge and experience in Trade Marketing or related field
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Receptiveness to feedback and able to meet deadlines
- Strong collaboration and influencing skills
- Self-starter and results-driven
- Entrepreneurial
- Strong financial and business acumen
Responsibilities
- Aids in the development of Channel & Customer segmentation strategy and Trade allocation
- Owns development of turnkey/custom promotions through PPA
- Owns development of turnkey/custom POS and displays
- Leads Customer Planning Process
- Trade Show lead
- Supports Joint Business Planning (JBPs)
- Liaison between Product Development, Marketing, and Sales
- Reports to VP of Sales
