Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 5+ years in digital marketing, focusing on user acquisition for mobile apps, preferably in the social gaming/gaming/gambling industry
  • Proven success in managing app traffic campaigns and driving significant user growth for gaming apps
  • Gaming ecosystem knowledge, including deep understanding of player behavior and industry trends
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights to optimize campaign performance
  • Experience with digital marketing platforms such as IronSource, Unity Ads, Applovin, and other ad networks commonly used in the gaming industry
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across functions
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Experience with mobile analytics tools such as Appsflyer and similar platforms is essential

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive user acquisition strategies to drive app installs and engagement
  • Manage and optimise app traffic campaigns across social media, ad networks, and other digital channels, focusing on acquiring high-quality users at scale
  • Conduct in-depth analyses of campaign performance, including cohort, LTV, and ROI analysis, to identify trends and optimization opportunities
  • Work with the creative team to develop engaging ad creatives and messaging that resonate with our target audience of gamers
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to inform strategies and discover new growth opportunities
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to define KPIs, track performance metrics, and report on the effectiveness of user acquisition efforts
  • Test new acquisition channels and tactics to continuously improve campaign performance and drive user growth
  • Collaborate with product, ASO, and CRO teams to increase conversions and improve relevant KPIs
