Summary

The job is for a Vice President, Revenue Enablement and Performance Analytics at Enable, a fast-growing SaaS company. The role involves developing and executing a strategic vision for the Revenue Enablement function, collaborating with senior leadership to define revenue strategies, building and leading a high-performing team, overseeing sales development initiatives, and supporting performance analytics.

Requirements

• 10+ years of work experience in rapidly growing SaaS organizations
• Proven leadership and coaching skills with experience in supporting high-performing teams
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced settings, managing and working on multiple projects simultaneously
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis, process scaling, and performance monitoring
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic vision for the Revenue Enablement function
• Collaborate with senior leadership to define and implement revenue strategies that support business growth
• Implement and manage sales enablement tools and technologies to streamline processes and improve sales productivity
• Build and lead a high-performing Revenue Enablement team
• Review and support ongoing adjustments and improvements to our sales strategy
• Oversee sales development initiatives to improve discovery, outbound pipeline generation, lead qualification, marketing campaign support, and account team development
• Support and build infrastructure and performance analytics for our revenue enablement initiatives
• Lead change management initiatives to drive adoption of new processes, tools, and methodologies
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure buy-in and support for enablement initiatives

Preferred Qualifications

A solid track record of working in (or closely collaborating with) Revenue Operations and/or Finance teams is a strong advantage
