Requirements

  • 10+ years of leadership experience in brand and product marketing, managing multi-layered teams
  • Experience working for a brand with $100M+ ARR
  • Expertise in product marketing, launching innovative products successfully
  • Expertise in brand marketing, building brands and impactful campaigns
  • Ability to balance creativity with structured strategic thinking

Responsibilities

  • Define and refine Calendly's story from mission to product features, crafting a compelling narrative across all messaging
  • Provide key insights to product and marketing leadership, shaping product definition and storytelling through a customer lens
  • Develop and execute an integrated campaign roadmap with creative strategies to enhance brand perception
  • Directly manage campaign execution across brand channels (communications, social media, blog), partnering with growth and sales teams for a 360 approach, including traditional channels as needed
  • Oversee a creative design and copy team responsible for brand asset creation and campaign execution
  • Lead and manage a team of 20+ marketers, ensuring high motivation and world-class performance
