Join Vericast as the Vice President of Insights, Analytics & Data Strategy, leading the organization in providing top-tier client service, enhancing sales, and supporting the new platform business. You will spearhead operational and data automation strategy, manage client-facing analytics projects, and develop new capabilities across the company. This role involves developing and leading teams, consulting with top clients, collaborating with senior leaders, and evaluating third-party data and analytics. Requirements

• Possess a Bachelor's Degree
• Have 10+ years of relevant experience
• Have 8+ years of progressive leadership experience
• Have 5+ years of experience in digital analysis, metrics, and multi-channel campaigns
• Possess strong experience with professional services and measurement/insights delivery
• Have experience with rapid scaling of teams
• Demonstrate the ability to work with and influence senior leadership
• Exhibit a commercial mindset and business acumen
• Possess excellent communication and presentation skills
• Demonstrate expertise in industry trends and syndicated data sources
• Show proficiency in data analysis and statistics
• Possess strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Demonstrate strong leadership and team management skills

Responsibilities

• Lead operational and data automation strategy
• Develop in-house Professional Services team and offerings
• Optimize delivery of data solutions across products
• Foster cross-collaboration between Product, Engineering, and Data Science teams
• Understand and apply compliance rigor to client insights and analytics
