You will lead a team, develop marketing strategies, create and execute account activation programs, and ensure messaging integration. Close collaboration with Sales, Product, and RevOps is essential to align marketing with business objectives. You will own event strategy and execution, define success metrics, and lead operational excellence in marketing. The position requires strategic direction, cross-functional team leadership, and building a high-performing team culture. This is a fully remote position based in the United States.
Requirements
- MBA, Masters degree or equivalent experience, in marketing, advertising, or a related field
- 20+ years of experience in comprehensive marketing , specializing in product marketing, marketing operations, and events management
- 10+ yearsβ experience leading and mentoring cross-functional teams to achieve goals , fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment
- Experience developing and executing comprehensive B2B marketing strategies that have driven revenue growth and increased brand awareness
- Proven expertise in scaling marketing operations and driving growth marketing initiatives beyond initial integration phases
- Demonstrated ability to navigate and adapt to ambiguity in marketing and leadership roles, particularly in the context of acquisitions and mergers, transitioning seamlessly into operative functions
- Experience developing and executing GTM plans for newly acquired entities
Responsibilities
- Lead a team developing industry-specific personas, content, and go-to-market strategies that address client challenges and aspirations
- Direct development of thought leadership content and vertical positioning to enhance credibility and influence in the market
- Create and execute major account activation programs aligned with buyer needs and revenue targets
- Ensure integration of messaging across sales content and enablement programs
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and RevOps to align marketing execution with business objectivesAble to identify issues, report and oversee resolution with Manager support
- Own strategy and execution for key client events, including annual summit, roadshows, and major sponsorships
- Define success metrics tied to pipeline growth and client retention
- Ensure consistent brand experience across all touchpoints, including physical, virtual, and hybrid events
- Lead operational excellence in marketing through workflow automation, performance tracking, and systems optimization
- Ensure alignment of marketing tech stack with revenue systems for streamlined execution
- Provide strategic direction and day-to-day leadership to cross-functional team lead s
- Orchestrate cross-functional collaboration across [ including but not limited to product, sales, marketing, off-shore ] to develop and execute integrated marketing strategies, driving cohesive messaging and achieving shared business objectives within a matrixed organization
