Summary

Join bswift as a Sales Vice President and be responsible for selling bswift's enrollment technology and benefits administration products and services to prospective channel partners. Cultivate strong relationships with channel partners, prospects, and consultants. Develop sales strategies, lead RFP responses, and prepare for prospect meetings. Establish a market presence and negotiate sales contracts. Identify and recommend appropriate benefits from bswift's product line to meet channel partner needs. Maintain an active pipeline of prospects and deliver effective presentations. This position offers the opportunity to work with a fast-growing company and contribute to its success in the benefits administration industry. The role involves independent work to create sales opportunities and earn potential while representing bswift to key influencers. The base salary range is $100,000-$150,000, exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses.

Responsibilities

  • Represent bswift technology and benefits administration products and services to prospective channel partner distributors
  • Cultivate productive and influential relationships with channel partners and prospects, and consultants/brokers
  • Establish prospect sales strategies and lead RFP responses
  • Lead internal team meeting preparation for external sales efforts, and all stages of prospect meetings. Develop and execute assigned vertical sales/growth strategy; proactively prospect in assigned area of focus
  • Establish a market presence in assigned area of focus by participating in select market forums, collaborating with bswift peers, and cultivating market relationships
  • Negotiate initial sales contracts and letters of intent to execution
  • Manage complex negotiations and position products, rate levels, and expanded product portfolios to increase sales and maximize revenue
  • Identify various ways to partner with the channel partner by drawing from entire spectrum of product line. Gain understanding of channel partner prospect’s ' multifaceted needs and recommend appropriate benefits from bswift's full product array of enrollment technology and service capabilities
  • Maintain an active pipeline of channel partner prospects
  • Provide effective presentations to all external and internal constituents

Benefits

In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the base salary range for this position is $100,000-$150,000, exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses
