Requirements
- Previous experience owning and scaling entire marketing channels, from top-of-funnel strategies to conversion optimization
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data, conduct AB testing, and make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing performance
- Proven track record of setting strategic direction, roadmap development, and leading multidisciplinary marketing teams to success
- Strong ability to generate and evaluate diverse ideas for solving marketing challenges and driving growth
- Direct experience scaling user acquisition efforts at a similar company, with a focus on diversifying and managing a portfolio of marketing channels
- Strong understanding of consumer behavior and subscription business models, with a focus on optimizing user experience and retention
- Intuition for identifying features and solutions that effectively address user needs and enhance product value proposition
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of cross-disciplinary marketers to drive key business outcomes
- Identify and assess new marketing channels to diversify acquisition efforts and reduce reliance on paid advertising
- Increase the scale and effectiveness of the paid user acquisition program, driving towards the next level of growth
- Utilize Fitbod's unique dataset to conduct research and insights into exercise science, leveraging findings to inform content creation and enhance user engagement
- Develop a comprehensive roadmap and methodology for testing, iteration, and scaling of growth activities over the next 6-18 months, aligning with business objectives and market trends
- Define and evolve Fitbodβs brand positioning as a leader in the health and fitness space, across various customer segments
- Launch and execute customer retention and lifecycle initiatives
