Summary

Requirements

- Have 10+ years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role, ideally with a high growth SaaS company
- Be passionate about serving our clients
- Have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Be a visionary leader with a track record of driving significant growth and achieving marketing objectives
- Be both creative and analytical, able to blend storytelling with data-driven insights to craft compelling marketing strategies
- Have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, and be capable of inspiring and leading diverse teams and engaging stakeholders at all levels
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with our business goals and drives customer acquisition, engagement, and retention
- Oversee and have a detailed understanding of all aspects of our marketing operations and analytics to provide clarity in marketing efforts
- Lead and mentor a marketing team of 10-15, attract great talent, and foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement
- Collaborate with the Sales and Product teams to ensure alignment and support across marketing campaigns and initiatives
- Spearhead along with the leadership team the launch of new product features and services
- Build and expand our brand presence through storytelling, thought leadership, strategic partnerships, and participation in industry events
- Drive client awareness and adoption of our platform
- Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI and growth opportunities
- Utilize data analytics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives, and refine strategies based on insights and performance metrics
- Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities, and adapt marketing strategies to maintain our competitive edge
- Report on marketing performance and strategic initiatives to the executive team and stakeholders, providing actionable insights and recommendations
Preferred Qualifications
- Have experience in scaling marketing efforts at a growth-stage company, navigating the challenges that come with rapid expansion
- Have an MBA or other advanced degree
