Summary

Join HopSkipDrive's Marketing and Communications team as the Vice President of Revenue Marketing and lead the demand generation strategy. You will report to the COO and be responsible for building a strong pipeline and driving increased usage among clients. This role requires 10+ years of experience leading demand generation efforts and 8+ years leading high-performing teams in B2B environments, preferably for SaaS or usage-based models. You will need significant experience in B2B paid media strategies, account-based marketing, and excellent communication skills. The position offers equity, flexible vacation, medical, dental, vision and life insurance, 401(k), and FSA. This is a fully remote position with a salary range of $195,000.00 - $260,000.00, depending on location and experience.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience leading demand generation efforts with 8+ years leading high-performing teams
  • A strong track record of driving and scaling pipeline generation in B2B environments, preferably for SaaS, usage-based, or similar models
  • Significant experience developing B2B paid media strategies, optimizing spend, and driving top-of-funnel volume
  • Successful experience developing and executing account-based marketing strategies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft persuasive communications that drive engagement and action rooted in company messaging
  • A metrics-driven mindset with a passion for data, testing, and optimization
  • Love for collaborative environments and ability to chart paths forward in ambiguity

Responsibilities

  • Drive our demand generation strategy using email marketing, field marketing, events/trade shows, and paid media, as well as outbound sales and RFP to maximize visibility, lead generation, and overall efficiency
  • Build strong partnerships with cross-functional leadership including the Revenue team, Communications team, Legal, Product, and Customer Success to ensure alignment, consistent messaging, and optimized support for external-facing activities and conversion efforts10
  • Work with revenue operations and marketing operations to ensure the utmost data hygiene, track and report on marketing effectiveness, glean insights from experiments, and continuously improve campaigns
  • Publish frequent updates, insights, and performance metrics to leadership and stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency
