Requirements

  • 5+ years of demonstrated success in managing sales teams to exceed quotas and grow new bookings year over year
  • Track record of hiring and developing high-performing sales leaders and teams
  • Data-driven approach to sales, ensuring metrics align with company objectives
  • Customer-first mindset and truly enjoy helping others succeed
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, capable of conveying complex information clearly and effectively
  • Prioritize candid communication, using transparency and honesty to build strong rapport and trust with individual contributors and leadership teams
  • Results-oriented mindset, balancing a sense of urgency with thoughtful decision-making
  • Master of influence, with a proven ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including other sales leaders and CEOs

Responsibilities

  • Drive new bookings growth across ASG Operating Companies by partnering with CEOs and sales leaders to implement proven sales strategies
  • Enable the success of our operating companies’ sales teams through mentorship, strategic guidance, and process refinement
  • Hire A+ sales leaders and Account Executives
  • Mentor sales leaders to achieve measurable, repeatable bookings growth
  • Shape ASG’s broader sales strategy, with the autonomy to drive impactful changes supported by the growth vision of the holding company’s leadership team
  • Contribute to ASG’s ambitious goal of tripling revenue within three years of acquiring each company, helping sales teams realize their potential and deliver outstanding results

  • Keen eye for hiring A+ sales leaders and Account Executives
  • Passion for mentoring sales leaders to achieve measurable, repeatable bookings growth
  • Excited to turn your own success into a scalable, playbook-driven approach that can be leveraged by many different small and mid-sized SaaS companies
  • Understand the strategic actions that drive sales growth and are passionate about coaching others to achieve success
