Summary

The job is for a VP of Sales & Marketing at Seer Interactive, a digital marketing consultancy. The position is remote first but can also be based in Philadelphia or San Diego.

Requirements

• 10+ years leading Sales & Marketing teams with hands-on experience building high-performing teams of 10+ members
• Demonstrated managerial experience with team members from individual contributors to seasoned Directors

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee the execution of our sales and marketing strategy in partnership with the Division Directors
• Enhance brand visibility and spearhead substantial revenue growth
• Drive all net new business development activities, including prospecting, qualifying, and pitching
