Summary

Join our dynamic sales team as a Small Business Account Executive to help us continue our mission of creating safe and inclusive workplaces. As a key player in driving new business, you will be responsible for sourcing and closing opportunities, ensuring consistent achievement or surpassing of quarterly sales quotas.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of B2B software sales experience, preferably with a high velocity sales cycle
  • Experience working in a fast paced environment, startup experience is preferred
  • Proven track record of meeting sales goals
  • Excellent communication skills both spoken and written
  • Take ownership of your assigned territory
  • Internally motivated and aspirational
  • Highly organized and excellent at time management
  • Customer oriented and ability to adapt/respond to different characters and situations

Responsibilities

  • Source up to 75% and close new business opportunities to achieve or exceed quarterly sales quotas
  • Identify and engage potential small business clients through targeted outreach and effective sales strategies, using a modern sales tech stack
  • Expected to make at minimum 25 outbound calls daily
  • Build a comprehensive understanding of the EasyLlama product, its features, and its value proposition
  • Effectively communicate the product's benefits to potential clients
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting for new customers to closing deals
  • Host online demonstrations to showcase the EasyLlama product and its capabilities
  • Create customized proposals to address the unique needs of small business clients
  • Manage a pipeline of roughly 40 opportunities per month and close 20 opportunities on a monthly basis
  • Practice accurate pipeline management, maintaining a clear and up-to-date view of all sales opportunities
  • Provide detailed and precise forecasting to support resource allocation
  • Work closely with Customer Support and Customer Success teams to ensure effective communication of client issues
  • Facilitate smooth onboarding processes for new clients, collaborating with cross-functional teams
