Requirements
- 3+ years of B2B software sales experience, preferably with a high velocity sales cycle
- Experience working in a fast paced environment, startup experience is preferred
- Proven track record of meeting sales goals
- Excellent communication skills both spoken and written
- Take ownership of your assigned territory
- Internally motivated and aspirational
- Highly organized and excellent at time management
- Customer oriented and ability to adapt/respond to different characters and situations
Responsibilities
- Source up to 75% and close new business opportunities to achieve or exceed quarterly sales quotas
- Identify and engage potential small business clients through targeted outreach and effective sales strategies, using a modern sales tech stack
- Expected to make at minimum 25 outbound calls daily
- Build a comprehensive understanding of the EasyLlama product, its features, and its value proposition
- Effectively communicate the product's benefits to potential clients
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting for new customers to closing deals
- Host online demonstrations to showcase the EasyLlama product and its capabilities
- Create customized proposals to address the unique needs of small business clients
- Manage a pipeline of roughly 40 opportunities per month and close 20 opportunities on a monthly basis
- Practice accurate pipeline management, maintaining a clear and up-to-date view of all sales opportunities
- Provide detailed and precise forecasting to support resource allocation
- Work closely with Customer Support and Customer Success teams to ensure effective communication of client issues
- Facilitate smooth onboarding processes for new clients, collaborating with cross-functional teams
