Summary

Join Eigen Labs as a Business Development professional to assist with operating and scaling the EigenDA business development machine, providing essential support for EigenDA projects from incubation to mainnet launch and beyond.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience working in an account management role
• Strong understanding of blockchain technology and the data availability stack
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers
• Experience with CRM and BI platforms
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with strong problem solving skills

Responsibilities

• Acting as the first line of contact for EigenDA customers
• Expanding ecosystem through prospecting and strategic outreach
• Analyzing customer needs and providing high-touch, tailored solutions
• Maintaining ongoing support for existing EigenDA customers, providing Product and Engineering teams with user feedback to strengthen and develop product roadmap
• Documenting, tracking, and analyzing customer pipeline using the CRM tool (Hubspot) and business intelligence tools
