Remote Account Executive

Summary

Join Hospitable.com, a remote-only and fully distributed company, in helping inbound leads understand if their solution is the best fit for their business via live chat, email, Google Meet, and over the phone. As a sales representative, you will be working on outbound campaigns tied to marketing programs, providing product demos, webinars, and onboarding sessions, managing a pipeline from first touch to close, creating and testing new email templates and sequences, understanding short-term rental hosts' needs, and providing feedback on our process.

Requirements

• Caring about the impact your work has on your team and the company
• 2-4 years of hands-on experience in B2B and B2C SaaS sales
• Attention to detail and eagerness for constant improvement
• Native or Bilingual Proficiency in English, both written and spoken

Responsibilities

• Helping inbound leads understand if our solution is the best fit for their business via live chat, email, Google Meet, and over the phone
• Conduct outbound campaigns tied to marketing programs
• Provide product demos, webinars and onboarding sessions via Google Meet
• Manage a pipeline from first touch to close
• Creating and testing new email templates and sequences to engage leads and deliver value, on your own and in collaboration with the team

Benefits

• Gross salary range is anywhere between $58,872.87 - $73,950.00 USD, depending on the cost of living in your location and the level in which you are hired that is determined during the interview process
• Quarterly commission structure of 100% of the new business MRR brought in for any given quarter provided that you meet the quarterly target of closed deals—with the possibility of earning $40,000 USD of commission per year
