Remote Account Executive

Summary

Join Instructure's growing K12 education sales team as an experienced sales executive. You will sell the Instructure Learning Platform to existing clients, deploy sales methodologies to close leads, and develop strategies to increase new client pipelines. Meeting and exceeding sales quotas within specified timeframes is crucial. The role involves managing a 30-90 day sales cycle and utilizing sales tools like Salesforce and Outreach.io. This position requires a minimum of two years of proven sales experience and excellent strategic/consultative sales skills.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 + years of proven sales experience
• Experience selling software, SaaS sales, and services
• Excellent strategic/consultative sales skills
• Ability to do detailed needs analysis and proposal development

Responsibilities

• Sell the Instructure Learning Platform to existing clients
• Deploy tactical sales methodologies to close inbound leads
• Develop sales strategies to increase new logo/client pipeline
• Consistently meet/exceed sales quotas within specified time frame
• Run a 30-90 day sales cycle from discovery to negotiation
• Utilize Salesforce, Outreach.io and other sales tools to optimize business
• Forecasting your pipeline on a weekly basis to ensure accuracy in opportunities
