Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Direct Sales and/or Account Management
- Experience in a technical solution field selling software and professional services preferred
- Ability to grasp client needs and to increase customer engagement
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM
- Proven track record of successfully hitting goals
- Strong team player skillset, communication, negotiation, and listening skills
Responsibilities
- Maintain high customer satisfaction and referability among Neostella clients
- Look for ways to actively grow new business from existing clients
- Research accounts and generate or follow through sales leads
- Achieve sales targets for new business from existing clients
- Create proposals for clients and statements of work with delivery for new business
- Work with clients to secure customer testimonials and case studies
- Identify new potential customers
- Maintain and expand client database within your assigned territory
- Stay up to date with new features and product launches
- Monitor and report on sales performance analytics
- Cross-sell products, when appropriate
