Requirements
- Proven track record as a closer in B2B sales
- Experience in both Account Executive and SDR roles is highly valued
- Demonstrated ability to prospect, qualify, and close deals independently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a high degree of initiative and resourcefulness
- Comfortable with a metrics-driven sales approach
- Proficiency with CRM systems and sales technology stack
Responsibilities
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals
- Conduct outbound sales activities, including cold calling and lead generation
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities
- Craft and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients
- Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients
- Provide market feedback to internal teams to help shape product development and marketing strategies
- Continuously refine sales techniques and adapt to market changes

- Lives in or is willing to relocate to Charlotte, NC
- Thrives in a startup environment and is comfortable with ambiguity

- Unafraid of getting hands dirty and making cold calls to drum up business
