Remote Account Executive

Summary

The job is for an Account Executive at Sona, a fast-growing start-up offering a Frontline Operating System. The role involves managing the full sales lifecycle for mid-to-enterprise sized customers in the Social Care, Hospitality, or Retail sectors. Requirements

• Experienced in selling complex software products to Social Care, Hospitality, Retail and/or other frontline sectors
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales quotas in a high-growth, B2B SaaS environment
• Able to collaborate effectively with the wider team, including marketing, product and customer success

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth within mid/enterprise segments your frontline sectors
• Manage the full lifecycle sales, from prospecting to close, and ensure accurate forecasting and pipeline management
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in target accounts
• Represent Sona at industry events and conferences to drive pipeline activity and build brand awareness
• Collaborate with our Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to develop and execute campaigns, support successful onboarding, and share feedback that can improve our products
