Requirements
- Demonstrated success as an Account Manager or in a similar client-facing role
- Experience in SaaS sales is highly desirable
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Skilled at building rapport and maintaining strong relationships with mid-level and senior decision-makers
- Thrives in a collaborative environment, working closely with colleagues to navigate and close complex deals
- Fluent in both German and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excels in both team-based and independent settings, driving results with minimal supervision
Responsibilities
- Develop an in-depth understanding of our SaaS solutions to align them with customer goals, ensuring exceptional value delivery
- Act as a trusted advisor, fostering strong relationships with customers to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities
- Partner with internal teams on complex deals, ensuring a cohesive and collaborative approach to deliver optimal outcomes (#OneTeam)
- Identify opportunities to expand our footprint within existing accounts, presenting tailored solutions that address evolving customer needs
- Stay informed about industry trends and customer challenges to proactively provide insights and recommendations
