Requirements

  • Proven Enterprise Sales Success: Demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in a similar tech or software environment
  • Industry Expertise: In-depth knowledge and experience within one or more non-gaming industry verticals (e.g., automotive, architecture, engineering, construction, or manufacturing)
  • Solution Selling Skills: Proficiency in solution-based selling techniques, including the ability to craft and present compelling technology solutions that address client needs
  • Advanced Communication Skills: Strong ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, from technical teams to C-suite executives
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Experience working effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive solutions and ensure client satisfaction
  • Fluent in German: Proficiency in German is required, as you will be selling to German-speaking customers and ensuring effective communication and engagement

Responsibilities

  • Drive Strategic Client Relationships: Establish, develop, and maintain influential relationships with key industry clients to understand their unique needs and challenges
  • Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Create and implement targeted sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand Unityโ€™s footprint within non-gaming industry verticals
  • Solution Selling and Evangelism: Present and advocate for Unityโ€™s innovative solutions, demonstrating how our technology can transform clientsโ€™ operations and drive efficiency
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with internal teams, including product, engineering, and customer success, to deliver tailored solutions and ensure seamless client experience

Preferred Qualifications

Sufficient knowledge of English to have professional verbal and written exchanges in this language since the performance of the duties related to this position requires frequent and regular communication with colleagues and partners located worldwide and whose common language is English
