Account Executive I

Summary

Join Boulevard's thriving sales team as an Account Executive I and help turn SMB prospects into loyal partners. You will drive revenue by understanding client needs and providing tailored solutions. This role requires a consultative approach and experience with SaaS systems and full sales cycle B2B sales. You'll generate leads, develop sales strategies, deliver presentations, manage a sales pipeline, negotiate pricing, and close deals. Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of full cycle B2B software sales and prospecting experience, ideally with a background in selling to the beauty, aesthetics, or self-care market
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• Experience with Salesforce (or similar CRM), Outreach, Gong & Chili Piper
• Excellent communication skills; enjoy prospecting and speaking with new people over the phone and in person
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to be financially-savvy in negotiating contract terms
• Strong sense of urgency that moves clients from analysis to action
• Enthusiasm for working in a high-growth entrepreneurial environment

Responsibilities

• Generate new leads and new relationships by keeping a pulse on the industry
• Develop sales strategies and stay up-to-date with business trends
• Deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations (half of your time)
• Maintain a robust new business pipeline through regular prospect follow-up and nurturing
• Conduct pricing negotiations
• Close new business deals
