Summary

Join our team as a Client Success Manager and play a key role in onboarding new clients, managing compliance, and negotiating contracts. You will introduce our acquiring services, assist merchants, maintain relationships, and drive sales growth through upsales and network development. You will serve as the primary contact for key clients, ensuring high-level service and prompt issue resolution. Your responsibilities include daily actions to increase company earnings and planning client development strategies. This role requires 2+ years of experience in client success or business development, specifically within the e-commerce merchant sector. Excellent communication skills in English and Russian are essential.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in clients success, business development role
  • Experience in working with merchants in the e-commerce sector is mandatory
  • Willingness and ability to learn new things quickly
  • High sense of responsibility
  • Good communication skills (for communication not only with the clients but cross-team communication daily)
  • Excellent written & spoken communication skills in English and good command of Russian (B2)

Responsibilities

  • Process the onboarding of new clients, including control of the compliance process, and legal and commercial negotiations with the merchants
  • Introduce company’s acquiring services to the merchants, prepare presentations for sales process
  • Assist the merchants at all stages of cooperation
  • Maintain long-term business relationships and daily communication with merchants
  • Up-sale for the current portfolio of merchants, as well as the development of sales, agent networks, and referral schemes, adding new business clients to the portfolio
  • Be a single entry point for any requests of our key customers and provide high-level customer service and prompt resolution of any issues that a client may have
  • Carry out actions (such as approval rate control, upsell, traffic analytics, etc.) in relation to merchants in order to maintain and increase the company’s earnings on a daily basis
  • Plan each client’s development strategy in order to increase the client’s involvement in the company’s earnings increase
