  • Goal focused with a proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and staff to create results driven, team-oriented environments
  • Proficiency in BrightPearl or similar ERP and CRM software (SalesHub preferred): including reporting and bulk order management
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Has strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

  • Follow a daily work schedule (9AM - 5PM CST) and participate in weekly meetings about the progress of outlined goals
  • Work with Sales Development Representative to handle successful transition of qualified leads and convert to customers
  • Service existing accounts, obtain orders and establish new accounts through planning and executing a daily work schedule
  • Work with Sr. Account Manager to coordinate sales efforts within the territory
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  • Maintain business revenue and profitability targets
  • Help customers through email, phone, online presentations, screen-share and in person meetings
  • Work with Customer Service team to resolve any customer issues in a timely manner
  • Become a product and industry expert, constantly learning about your customers, the political climate, and our competitors
  • Supplies management with information regarding customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
  • Participate in trade shows
