Requirements

- Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and staff to create results driven, team-oriented environments
- Proficiency in BrightPearl or similar ERP and CRM software (SalesHub preferred): including reporting and bulk order management
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Has strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
- Follow a daily work schedule (9AM - 5PM CST) and participate in weekly meetings about the progress of outlined goals
- Work with Sales Development Representative to handle successful transition of qualified leads and convert to customers
- Service existing accounts, obtain orders and establish new accounts through planning and executing a daily work schedule
- Work with Sr. Account Manager to coordinate sales efforts within the territory
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
- Maintain business revenue and profitability targets
- Help customers through email, phone, online presentations, screen-share and in person meetings
- Work with Customer Service team to resolve any customer issues in a timely manner
- Become a product and industry expert, constantly learning about your customers, the political climate, and our competitors
- Supplies management with information regarding customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
- Participate in trade shows
