Responsibilities

  • Prospect and create opportunities for new business
  • Develop leads and inquires provided by the company
  • Prospect and expand within your clientele to maximize opportunities and revenue
  • Communicate extensively with clients via phone and email regarding orders & shipping information
  • Research product and provide recommendations; provide virtual samples; physical samples
  • Work with clients utilizing company stores for merchandise flexibility
  • Prepare quotes for customer orders
  • Receive client’s artwork and pass along to Designer
  • Enter sales orders via Salesforce
  • Coordinate the client’s review and approval of proofs
  • Coordinate sales order with Account Coordinators
  • May participate in presentations, meetings, etc. and attend industry trade shows
