Account Manager

Summary

Join our team as a US IT Staffing Account Manager and leverage your extensive experience and strong client network to drive revenue growth. You will be responsible for managing existing client relationships, expanding into new business opportunities, and ensuring operational efficiency. This 100% remote position requires a Bachelor's degree, 5+ years of experience in US IT staffing account management, and expertise in recruitment processes. You must bring your own clients (MSP, VMS, or implementation partners) to be considered. Performance bonuses are offered.

Requirements

• Bring own clients (MSP, VMS, or implementation partners) to be considered for an interview and will work exclusively with their clients even after joining
• Bachelor’s degree (B.Tech, BCA, or related field)
• 5+ years of proven experience in US IT staffing account management
• Strong network with MSPs, VMS clients, or implementation partners
• Expertise in recruitment processes and proficiency in ATS tools (e.g., Ceipal, JobDiva)
• Excellent communication, multitasking skills, and results-driven mindset

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong client relationships, address inquiries, and manage recruitment processes
• Identify growth opportunities, secure new business, and drive revenue within existing accounts
• Ensure compliance with client requirements, and industry standards, and optimize staffing strategies for MSP and VMS clients
• Track and report key performance metrics and regularly update stakeholders
